Kaye Summers, ACP, NCCP
Paralegal

Kaye is heavily involved with Pulley Watson's business law practice, from commercial transactions to litigation cases. A team player, she also pitches in and lends her expertise when it comes to managing personal injury litigation cases.
Kaye has been with Pulley Watson for more than a decade. She is the past president of the North Carolina Paralegal Association
(2007-2009) and a member of the Legal Assistants Division (LAD) of the North Carolina Bar Association, serving as a Liaison for the General Practice Solo and Small Firm Section. She also serves as Chair of the Utilization Committee for LAD, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the paralegal program at Durham Technical Community College.
Clearly, Kaye is extremely committed to our clients, and to her profession. She has done a great deal of work to further her occupation by working with a LAD committee to publish, "PARALEGALS: An Asset to Your Team, An Overview of Paralegal Services;" as well as authoring an article, "Surviving the Incapacitation of Your Employer," which was published in multiple National Association of Legal Assistants publications around the country.
Kaye has also completed the Advanced Paralegal Certification program on
Discovery, provided by the National Association of Legal Paralegals.
