The Case:
A woman in her 60s was in a car wreck, hit broadside in an intersection. The other driver was a felon driving a stolen car while
being pursued by police. He was able to run away, never to be seen, while our client was left with permanent injuries to her back and
neck. Previously active in her work with elderly people, she could no longer perform the same tasks our handle the same responsibilities.
The Results:
This case was unique in that the driver of the other car was uninsured and driving without permission. Pulley Watson turned to our
client's insurance company to pursue a settlement, and was successful on her behalf. The settlement replaced lost income from her
job, paid her medical bills, covered continued physical therapy, and provided a significant payment for her pain and suffering
which persisted for a lengthy time period.
