The whole firm makes you feel that yes, we're involved with this, not just to make money or something,
but we're involved with this because we want to see you done correctly. We want to see your son get the
justice that you know he deserves. We want to make sure he's taken care of, and that is what they did.
I mean they went out of their way doing things - that really is not something that you just do. That's
when you take a personal approach to it and it's coming from here. You know that's the best way I can
explain it, because sometimes I get a loss for words, but the best way to explain it is they take the
most personal approach you could ever take. They took it like it was his son that got hit. That's how
it got to be approached, like it was his kid, you know, and you can't beat that - you just can't.
